Two types of insulators, those for the outriggers and for the suspension wire.

Doing these in multiples would probably be the perfect job for a resin printer i.e load up the platform and .......

As is they're done one by one to avoid any stringing or other "happenings".

An option is to make them on a sprue with 0.5mm stringer as I have with these switch boxes (N Gauge). Keeps them tidy by forcing a print path and easy to split off with a craft knife once finished.

Thanks Jim,

That will work for some with "suitable" configs.

Finally back to "normal", picked up the prescription glasses on Thursday, the sunglasses (over the normal ones) showed up Saturday and the ones suitable for the computer arrived Sunday. Those have minimal magnification +1.25 but they have "blue light" blocking.
That's it on the vision front.

More material required for those masts i.e. a bunch of Plastruct profiles for more masts and arms. Last time I ordered directly from Plastruct's online shop, shipping and other charges were almost as much as the material.
Soooo, there has to be a better way? :-?
Sure enough one of the Amazon merchants offers Plastruct products, free shipping and no taxes. What's not to like, eh?!
BTW the shipping is quicker than from the Plastruct online shop.

Today will be "design part of the Berg√ľn bumper in FreeCAD and print it on the Chiron" day.

If it gets too tiring there's that new Gamache book from Louise Penny "A better man"; which SWMBO brought home from the library. It's marked as a quick read i.e. seven day lending period, after that it's a dollar a day penalty.
Those kind of deals are strictly for yours truly because of that time limit. :| :|
