Great video (only watched the one in your link so far)!

I really like seeing the cement transport process to the tunnel site, but my favourite so far was watching them load the cattle in 2x speed. :-)

I just watched the other one and there's a great segment showing a truck dumping into a transfer box which loads a conveyor which loads a Fad hopper at Filisur. That transfer box would be a perfect project!
