I'm not a regular customer, but picked up the 35th Anniversary issue.
Well, Marc Horowitz is retiring. From his column I gather Kalmbach wants everything in house and since Marc would be foolish to leave Colorado for Greater Milwaukee they have a new editor.

Also gone is the "Raising Steam" feature, I liked reading that item. Just for kicks.
They have a review (by Kevin Strong) of the "LGB Anny" Ge 4/4", quite a hoot, all the way around, but I'm used to that from the occasional issue I purchase. The more things change, the more they stay the same. ;) :D

Yes, it will be interesting to see how well the less frequent version does.
"Classic Trains" has only four issues/year. But that is a different story since it is mostly about pre-70s stuff. Written by "old farts" for "old farts"— and those who missed out on the glory days because they are too young or grew up elsewhere. ;) O:-)
