If you need a validation of the forum, Josh just popped over to the UK to deliver some Om RhB in time for Christmas ;) Thanks Josh :)

So that’s Canada for me, UK for Josh, where are the rest of you going to meet up with others off the forum? That trip to Switzerland . . . . ;)
Merry Christmas all :)

Sorry for the delayed reply - been trying to survive my German in-laws! :))
Indeed - a fabulous validation of the forum HJ! :ymapplause: And a pleasure to catch up with you Paul!

Yes - it's great to meet fellow RhB aficionados, both online, and out in the real world! I think I may be headed to Toronto this summer (paging John!) and later this year, I believe I'm due in BC! (Oh HJ... :D )
My real goal though is some time in Graubünden with fellow modelers! If we're planning a meet-up, just let me know when guys!

Oh, and of course - a belated Merry Christmas / frohe Weihnachten to all! Hope Santa was good to everyone!
(Not bragging, but I must have been a reallllly good boy this year! The Kato Hakone Tozan EW I set, a slew of German books on the RhB and the FO, and a pair of LGB refuse containers all appeared in the Hilton Mainz overnight! And I'm still headed to Fertig's new store in Mörlenbach on Friday! ;) )

Hahaha .... and you reserved a full size container to get all that loot home, didn't you?? :D :D

:-\ With all the options it would be possible to use Om - HOm and Nm9 together in a forced perspective layout, actually I could add some T gauge in the background. - No - have enough projects on the go already but that might go in the book of future plans

Not exactly - but there was a new case purchased from Globus to go with the extra empty case I had already brought with me dedicated to crisps, chocolates, and trains! (some 56 kilos worth!) :-o

I know one should never brag - but man, my in-laws nailed it this year! For all these years, most everyone simply buys me "train stuff" for the holidays... an yet - this year in Germany, In-laws, sister and bother in-laws, even Annette's aunt - they were on their game!

Other than the Pullman car which I picked up at Fertig, everything you see was a gift! (I've left out one book - Discovering England's Lost Railways... well meaning and all...) :D

Maybe I should spend every Christmas in Germany! ;)

Ha... another week, another face on my TV!

This time not on the RhB itself - but our fellow board member is on a mountain in the snow! :))

Hey, it's ME?!?! Yes, I'm actually a ski instructor playing a ski coach?! And the nice thing is I got to keep that warm coaches coat! That's from "Molly's Game" and I played that role and also was Idris Elba's dialect coach. I hope you liked all that poker playing Josh.

I was going to say that if Gian was driving that engine here in Ontario, while talking on camera, he'd get a "distracted driving" charge.
This month a new law went into effect that police can even charge you with distracted driving if you are 'eating or drinking' while driving. Minimum $1000. fine, 3 day suspension, and 3 demerit points, and that's just the first offense. (don't know if that applies to locomotive engineers.)
Now back to our regularly scheduled movie.

Well - I had to go back to England this week, so time to validate the forum again! :D
Was able to deliver some additional 0m to Paul, and even had time for a drink!

Also, as an added surprise, found this on the racks at the airport newsstand!

Will detail some of the news contained within elsewhere on the forum.
(Spoilers: according to the report, the RhB will look "completely different" in the next 10 years - so they say :-ss )

As always - Thanks HJ for the forum! :ymapplause:

It’s getting to be a regular habit ;) maybe we need to make Nm mini modules and freak people out building a layout in the bar :)

Oh god... people already stare when I try to hand over the bags of 0m... if we started to assemble a mini layout, I'm pretty sure we'd be asked to leave! :))
