Bahnfest at Bergun included these as shuttle trains.

OK, I hold my hands up as a self-confessed Rhätische Bahn 'nerd' with a RhB license plate on my car, but even I didn't paint it Alpine Classic Pullman blue and cream:
check out the camper van in the Filisur carpark B-)

....and if it's a VW vanagon then the "Festina Lente" of the Pullman coaches suits it pretty well! :p
There once was a man with a gavel,
who spent all his time pounding gravel.
It took a long time-he was well past his prime,
but without him the trains couldn't travel.

:)) It does look like a VW LT, so you could be right!
Having said that, I used to run a T4 Transporter with a turbo 5 pot which could pootle along at a reasonable pace.

A mate of mine at college restored an old camper he found dumped into two tone cream and blue just right for ACPE, it looked magnificent. Mind you that was before they painted the Pullman’s blue!

What's with the D4 engines? They look like such a departure from the usual RhB style. Are they mainly for MOW/work trains or do they see regular service, and are they the wave of the future. Looks like they're all diesel.

The yellow livery is the giveaway, they are maintenance and works locos but also capable of rescuing full mainline sets. They do kinda follow the aesthetic of the newer rotary snowploughs.
I doubt you’ll see them solo on a service train unless there’s a major fault taking out the power for a while like when they dug through the Arosa line supply ;)

For transporting assembled switches to final destination, it can tilt the load to keep it clear of obstacles along the road.
