I think those are decals/pictures on the sides of those containers and not the loads showing. They do seem to be quite well reinforced...will have to have a good look at them if I ever get back to Hotel Grischuna. :-)

Yes, they are only decals.
You wouldn’t want to transport the boulders and wood in that condition.
Too much rubble along the railway line ;-)

Most of the ski areas and Alps are under high avalanche alert. Over the weekend one area had an avalanche come right into the hotel lobby?!
Several deaths over the weekend with one family skiing off-piste with NO safety equipment at all. Took them 20 minutes to find their buried son...could have been avoided. Lots of world cup races cancelled.
Very snowy winter.

We had extreme avalanche alert out here. Do people smarten up and avoid risks? Nope, that was probably meant for "other people". Our local Search and Rescue guys were called out to three different locations within a short time. All of them requiring the chopper to get people out of there

I will vote for the water tank wagon Mike shared. With 2 X three quarter photos, could be a model coming on. Anyone know what they use it for?

It's mostly used as a fire fighting wagon, it follows behind a steam worked service in case sparks from the loco set fire to the lineside vegetation.
