Thoroughly enjoying this link and fascinating to watch the little orange men moving things around each day.
Looks like there has recently been a special delivery of one of Keiths' favourites.
Look back towards the tunnel.

Now parked up in siding.

A new turnout has been installed overnight and will give access to the area behind the station building. It looks like sidings have been marked out as well, ballast laid with more turnouts stacked ready for use, guess this will give access for the tunnel boring in due course, without affecting the running lines too much and this will allow for spoil trains to access and run round.

Interested to know what happens to the Trafohaus - presumably its in the way where it is at present?

Hi Mike, guess it's going especially in view of all the new construction and bearing in mind it's been there for 100 years?

Just hoping that the RhB follow their general policy of retaining traditional structures even amongst the modern infrastructure - the Preda Trafohaus has a special significance for me.
Maybe they'll move it 20m to the left :)

One more was waiting in the sidings yesterday evening, this morning the empty transport waggon was sent back with the morning freight, but can't see where the turnout has been placed from the webcam.

Hi has the turnout gone down the far end to provide a connection from the Bergun end?

Also one loaded hopper wagon has disappeared overnight.

I don't know, but it sounds like a qualified guess :)

Hope the above link works: page 4 gives a plan of the new layout including the new Schlittlelbahn track and the Trafo/Schalthaus seems to survive :ymapplause: \:D/

Thanks Mike, some turnouts have appeared at the Bergun end overnight siting on the ballast, so my previous theory appears to be right.

A fresh coat of snow, and a lot of activity on the new sidings today: (try scrolling a bit back and forward in time).
