info stolen from FAcebook :

From May 2018 on schedule and without surcharge with the RhB Nostalgic Train from Davos to Filisur
In the main workshop of the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) in Landquart, the crocodile locomotive Ge 6/6 I 414 and historic cars are currently being restored and made fit for spring. From May 2018, a nostalgic train will run twice a day between Davos Platz and Filisur as a "regular scheduled regional train". These trains can be used with the usual tickets and without surcharge.

There is still a lot of work: The crocodile locomotive 414 in the RhB main workshop in Landquart Photo: Marcel Manhart

For around 150,000 francs, the RhB cult locomotive, the crocodile Ge 6/6 I 414 in the main workshop, is currently being revised in Landquart. Among other things, the A 1102 from 1903 is also under revision. This railway car was made at that time by the Swiss wagon and Aufz├╝gefabrik in Schlieren and is a particularly valuable historical eyewitness. From May 2018 on, a nostalgic train between Davos Platz and Filisur will be on duty twice a day as a scheduled regional train together with the crocodile locomotive. This replaces in this hour in each case the train otherwise with modern rolling stock and can be used with all valid tickets on this route without surcharge.

The Nostalgic train operates from 10 May 2018 - 28 October 2018 according to this timetable:

Davos Platz from: 10.18 and 16.18
Filisur: 10.53 16.53

Filisur from: 11.06 17.06
Davos Platz at: 11.41 17.41

Thanks Glenn for keeping us up to date, it makes a lot of sense and hopefully it will be well used.

Regards

I've seen the draft timetables for 2019 and at the moment the historic train will be running again next year.

Oh good I was hoping they would as I ended up in the Harz this year and was planning Switzerland next year. :)
